Sophie Boulanger, Quality Assurance Team Leader
Overseeing product quality in a HACCP facility is no simple task. Sophie works in close collaboration with the onsite inspector from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to make certain all aspects of production and product quality adhere to HACCP standards and meet or exceed all HACCP protocols. In addition to monitoring all incoming and outgoing food items, Sophie is responsible for making sure that all workers are properly educated on the various aspects of meat handling and hygiene, and that all production equipment is adequately maintained from a Food Safety perspective.
