Michael Christakis, Production Team Leader

A leader by example, Michael has a “passion” for quality, and takes great pride in the ability of his team to produce. Responsible for everything that goes on in production, Michael trains, motivates and monitors the staff on an ongoing basis. Working his way up through the company since starting with Central Bernard in 1993, and having performed most production oriented tasks, Michael can rely on his own experience when working with his team. All aspects of production, from processing to packaging, are carefully watched with his enthusiastic eye. Michael gives 100% of himself on a daily basis and he expects the same from the members of his team.
