Having grown up in the meat business, Billy and George have pretty much “done it all”. As president, Billy is responsible for Central Bernard’s overall management and viability. Capitalizing on his extensive industry experience and his outgoing personality, Billy helps maintain an environment that is family oriented, yet on the cutting edge of technology. George is very “hands on”, acting as the bridge between Sales and Production, ensuring continued customer satisfaction, and that overall product quality is maintained in a timely, cost effective manner.
