When purchasing poultry from a Canadian vendor, what additional paperwork are we required to do?

The only paperwork that the retailer is required to do is to place a purchase order. Central Bernard takes care of everything that is required to get the product into your hands, and there are no hidden costs.

How long does it take to ship product into the US?

Upon completion of the processing of a particular order, Central Bernard can ship product anywhere east of the Mississippi within 48 hours. Shipments along the East Coast as far south as Virginia should arrive within 24 hours.

We are interested in a Private Label program. Can Central Bernard assist us with this?

Central Bernard is equipped with the latest technology to customize flavor profiles and create packaging to meet most requirements.

What is the shelf-life of the IQF products that you offer?

Our IQF products are approved to have a shelf-life of up to twelve (12) months. It is our feeling that product quality remains excellent for 6-9 months.

How easy is it to communicate with your Sales or Customer Service departments?

Central Bernard has a toll-free number (877-956-9696), and remains open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM E.S.T. from Monday to Friday.

Does crossing the border and/or customs pose any problems?

Central Bernard is situated less than one hour from various US border points, and has a minimum of two trucks crossing the border on a daily basis. In addition, we work with customs specialists that handle hundreds of transactions on a weekly basis.
