At Central Bernard, Quality Control is not just an expression or a term. It is integrated into every aspect of what we do, and directly or indirectly into every employee’s job description. Every member of our team takes great pride in our ability to efficiently produce top quality products.
Our team of Quality Assurance specialists works closely with the onsite inspector from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency making certain that Continental Grill meets or exceeds all HACCP protocols and food safety guidelines. As a Federally approved meat processing plant, all incoming and outgoing meat products are logged, monitored and tested. Everything from the initial visual product inspection, the measuring of bacteria counts and the growing of cultures, to the inspection of the outgoing product is monitored. Training is ongoing and continuous, as the importance of hygiene and the proper meat handling procedures are always reinforced.
