Opened in 2003, Central Bernard's 50,000 sq. ft HACCP accredited facility is designed to efficiently process over 30,000 pounds of tray packed product in a single shift. Combined with a state-of-the-art IQF room, Central Bernard has one of the top producing added-value poultry processing plants of its type in Canada.
